Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Open-Box, Final Sale, Underwear, Bulk Order, and gift items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Only items in new and unworn condition with tags can be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. We reserve the right to inspect and reject items that aren’t in brand new and unworn condition, or deduct restocking & processing fees and second charges. The initial shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
  4. Please do not send back to the original sender address on the box. Kindly follow the instructions in the approval email of return request.

For US Customers:

We offer a 30-day refund and 30-day exchange policy. Each order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or if you are out of the return window, you will bear the return shipping fee.

For Canadian Customers:

If you apply for a refund within 30 days of delivery due to your own reason, the shipping fee for return is borne by you. If you want to exchange the item within 30 days of delivery due to the wrong size or color, shipping fee for exchange is also borne by you. If the item is defective or wrong, customers need to exchange or return the item. If it’s within 1 month of delivery, we will cover the shipping fee. If it’s 2–12 months of delivery, shipping fee for return is borne by you.

How to Return (Most Recommended Method)

  1. Submit a return/exchange request at the return center within 30 days for return, 30 days for exchange. If approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label (US only).
  2. Print the shipping label,
  3. re-pack the item, stick the label to the package,
  4. and drop off your package at the designated carrier.

Alternatively, you can also return or exchange by directly e-mailing us at support@gokozywear.com with your name, order number, items to be returned, and reasons. 

Refund Processing Duration

Kindly allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note that for credit card refunds, it may take between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
